Possible causes
Loud noise during spinning is often caused by an uneven distribution of laundry, a machine that isn't level, or worn shock absorbers and bearings in older machines.
What you can check yourself
Stop the machine and distribute the laundry evenly in the drum. Then check whether the machine is level, adjusting the feet if necessary.
When do you call a technician?
If the noise continues despite an even load and a level machine, the bearings or shock absorbers are likely worn and need replacing by a technician.
