Possible causes
Spray arms that don't rotate are usually stuck due to food debris, limescale buildup, or a piece of crockery blocking the movement.
What you can check yourself
Turn the spray arms by hand to check they move freely, and remove any blockages or dirt around the mounting.
When do you call a technician?
If the spray arms still don't rotate freely after cleaning, the bearing may be worn and need replacement.
