Possible causes
Damp dishes after the cycle often result from an empty rinse aid dispenser, a wrong programme without a drying phase, or a heating element that no longer works optimally.
What you can check yourself
Check there's enough rinse aid in the dispenser and choose a programme with a drying phase rather than a short eco cycle.
When do you call a technician?
If there's enough rinse aid and you're using a proper programme but dishes stay damp, the heating element is likely defective.
