Dryer door doesn't close properly?

Possible causes
A door not closing properly is often caused by lint buildup around the seal, or a worn door lock.
What you can check yourself
Clean the door seal and latch of lint and dirt, and check the door falls straight into the lock.
When do you call a technician?
If the door still doesn't close properly after cleaning, the door lock itself may be worn and need replacement.
