Problem with the water inlet
Check the water supply is on and the hose isn't bent, then press the start button for 5 seconds
Too little water in the appliance
Fully open the tap, check inlet hose for kinks/blockage, carefully clean the optical water sensor (OWI, under the filter)
Problem with the heating (heating up takes too long)
Often a faulty heating element or electronics - technician needed
Problem with the pump-out function (drain pump starts but doesn't empty within 4 minutes)
Check the siphon isn't blocked and the drain hose isn't kinked. If it persists: drain pump possibly faulty, technician needed
Leak to the base plate
Turn off the tap, unplug, technician needed (safety risk)
