Water not heating (NTC sensor faulty/short circuit)
Almost always needs a technician to replace the sensor
Water drain problem
Check drain hose for kinks, clean the filter/screen and drain
Water inlet fault (tap closed, hose kinked, or inlet filter blocked)
Check the tap, test water pressure (min 10L/min), clean the inlet filter/screen
Waterproof protection system activated (overflow protection)
Turn off the tap to shut off the water supply
AutoDos function fault (automatic dosing)
Check the PowerDisk and holder are fitted correctly, otherwise turn off AutoDos and dose manually
Fault filling/draining water, possibly water in the wash chamber
Check the filter combination and non-return valve for foreign objects (glass shards, pits), check the drain pump manually
