error codes

Problem with the water inlet (inlet error - insufficient water within a reasonable time)

Fully open the tap (min. 10L/min), check inlet hose for kinks, clean the filter screen in the inlet hose (disconnect the hose, watch for remaining water)

Problem with the water drain (drain error - water not drained within expected time)

Open the flap bottom right, slowly unscrew the pump filter and let the water drain (have a towel/bowl ready), clean the filter, check drain hose for kinks

Imbalance in the drum (unbalance error)

Distribute laundry evenly in the drum, add a few towels if underloaded, check the machine is level

Motor overloaded (lock error / motor lock)

Remove some laundry if the drum is overloaded, let the washing machine rest for 30 minutes to let the motor cool, then restart

Fault in the main circuit board or control system (freezing failure/fault)

Often requires professional help, contact customer service

Leak detected (automatic safety cutoff)

Switch off the washing machine immediately and unplug, turn off the tap, check the floor around the machine for water, inspect hose connections and door seal. If the cause isn't found: technician needed

Fault with the water level sensor

Turn off the tap, unplug, check the water inlet connection, check inlet hose for kinks/blockage, clean the filter

Child lock active - not a fault

Hold the two buttons marked 'Child Lock' together for 3 seconds (combination varies by model, see manual)

Door not properly closed

Check no laundry is caught in the door, close the door firmly until it clicks. If it persists: door lock possibly faulty, technician needed
