Problem with the NTC (temperature sensor) - water getting too hot or NTC connection broken

Turn off the tap, unplug, technician needed
Heating fault (heating up takes too long, less than 1.5 degrees in 20 minutes)

Problem with the pump-out function (pump starts but appliance not empty after 4 minutes)
Check the siphon for blockage. If it persists: drain pump possibly faulty, technician needed
Fault with the water inlet
Check the tap is open, check the inlet line filter isn't blocked, check the inlet line isn't pinched
Difficulty filling during the wash phase (tap closed, insufficient water pressure, faulty solenoid/pressure switch)
Check the tap and water pressure, check drain hose placement
Water leak (drain hose misplaced, insufficient water pressure, or faulty pressure switch)
Check drain hose placement and water pressure. If it persists: technician needed
Difficulty draining (drain hose kinked/blocked, filter blocked, or drain pump faulty)
Check drain hose for kinks, clean the drain filter
