Door open or not properly closed
Open the door, check nothing is caught between the door and drum, then close it firmly
Water inlet problem - time exceeded
Check the tap is open (min. 10L/min), check the inlet hose filter is clean, check water pressure isn't too high
Water drain problem - pump time exceeded (water not being pumped out)
Clean the pump filter, check the drain hose for kinks or blockages
Heating time exceeded
Cannot be fixed yourself, technician needed
Unexpected/unintended heating detected
Try a reset (off/on); if the fault persists, a technician is needed
