Water protection system activated (leak to base plate)
Turn off the tap, switch off the appliance, call a technician - do not attempt yourself for safety reasons
Faulty circulation pump (cannot keep circulating wash water)
Cannot be fixed yourself, technician needed
Filter screen blocked/dirty
Remove the coarse, micro and flat filters, rinse clean, check spray arms, refit correctly
Water drain problem (kinked/blocked hose, or blocked pump)
Check the drain hose for kinks, clean the siphon connection, check pump filter/cover for foreign objects
Faulty/blocked drain pump or pump cover not fitted properly
Remove the pump cover, remove foreign objects, check the pump impeller, refit the cover firmly
Low mains voltage (external issue, not the appliance itself)
Check the socket/power supply, consider consulting an electrician - not the dishwasher itself
Turbidity sensor fault
Cannot be fixed yourself, technician needed
Heat pump can no longer heat the wash water
Cannot be fixed yourself, technician needed
Limescale build-up in the heating system
Descale immediately with dishwasher descaler
Fault in fill system / water inlet (insufficient flow)
Check the water inlet and flow from the tap, check the inlet hose for kinks
Problem with the heating element (water not heated)
Cannot be fixed yourself, technician needed
General notification - may be test mode (often on first connection) or multiple simultaneous faults
