Is your Beko washing machine showing an error code? Below you'll find all known error codes, what they mean, and what you can check yourself. All information has been researched and, where possible, verified with the manufacturer. Can't solve it yourself, or does the fault keep coming back? We often schedule a technician within 24 hours.
No or too little water entering the drum (water inlet problem)
Check the tap is fully open, check inlet hose for kinks/blockage, clean the filter at both ends, test water pressure with another tap in the house
Water drain problem (often a kink in the hose)
Check inlet/drain hose for kinks and blockage
Problem with the motor
Check the plug, run a programme with an empty drum (if overloaded), otherwise wait 30 min and try again. If it persists: technician needed
Leak - water on the base plate
Turn off the tap, disconnect the machine from power, check drain/filter/hoses and detergent drawer for leaks
Water drain problem (blocked filter or drain hose)
Open the flap bottom right, remove and clean the filter (watch for coins etc.), place a towel underneath while emptying
Problem with the NTC sensor (temperature sensor)
Professional help usually needed, authorised Beko service technician required to replace the sensor/circuit board
Heating element has an open circuit (circuit interrupted, water not heated)
Technician needed
Door lock - open circuit
Check the plug is properly in the socket, push the door firmly shut until it clicks, deactivate child lock (hold first two function buttons for 3 sec)
Door lock - closing fault
Same as E09 - close door firmly, check child lock. Note: after a programme ends it takes 1-2 min before the door lock releases (normal)
Motor fault (drum doesn't turn, or turns incorrectly)
Always needs a technician - often worn carbon brushes, requires technical expertise
Too much foam (stops without spinning)
Use less detergent next time
Imbalance (stops without spinning)
Place the machine on a hard, stable surface, distribute laundry evenly in the drum
Temperature sensor fault (possibly interrupted contact to the thermostat)
Have the thermistor resistance checked with a multimeter (normally ~4700 Ohm at 25°C), technician needed for replacement if faulty
